Natasha DeHart, Vice President
Natasha relocated to Old Town Lewisville over a decade ago to be closer to her distillery, BENDT Distilling Co. Since then, she has expanded her presence by opening Ethel Janes – BENDT Whiskey Kitchen, further investing in the district’s growth. Her work, home, and heart are deeply rooted in Old Town, where she is committed to supporting its continued vitality.
Barry Luther, Treasurer
Barry is the owner of State 28 in Old Town Lewisville. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has operated several successful restaurants across North Dallas. Through State 28, he is committed to creating a neighborhood space where the community can gather, connect, and enjoy great food and drink.
Hollie Woodham, Secretary
Hollie Woodham serves as Secretary of the Old Town Business Association, supporting the organization’s communication and coordination efforts. She and her husband are the local owners of Mosquito Joe of North Texas, where they help families and businesses enjoy their outdoor spaces year-round. Hollie is passionate about supporting small businesses and strengthening the Old Town community.
Audra Allen, Membership
Audra is a Texas native and the President of Loves Realty, serving clients throughout the DFW Metroplex. Through her work in real estate, she has supported both residential and commercial growth while helping individuals and businesses establish roots in the community. Her work reflects a commitment to strengthening the Old Town Lewisville district through development, mentorship, and long-standing local investment.
John Williams, Food & Beverage
John is a Denton County entrepreneur and the owner of Buffalo Hirsch, an open-air cocktail truckyard in Old Town Lewisville. Through this concept, he has helped bring new energy and activation to the district’s growing hospitality scene. His work is rooted in a commitment to supporting local businesses and fostering connection within the Old Town community.

Old Town Preservation Society
Sharon Ellis represents the Old Town Preservation Society and serves on the board of the Old Town Business Association. She is dedicated to preserving the history and character of Old Town while supporting its continued growth. Sharon brings a strong commitment to community, collaboration, and thoughtful development in Lewisville.
